Seed drill designed for achieving maximum efficiency. Pneusej Fantom is designed to minimize working operations and to place the seed with maximum precision. Passive soil preparation allows higher working speed and work with large amount of crop residue. Thanks to equal weight distribution on pneumatic roller, the surface of the soil is straightened and equally compacted. One pass perfectly prepares seed bed. Pneusej Fantom creates equal conditions for every single seed.
The seed drill is designed for medium and large farmers. In this moment we offer this seed drill in working versions 3 – 4 – 4,5 – 5 – 6 meters. The big advantage are the working discs. We offer the working disc in 460 or 510 mm version. The hopper is by all version 3400 liters, but it possible to extending the hopper about 1400 liters for fertilization. If the customer decides to fertilize, he has to variants – fertilization before front working disc or behind sowing coulters. A big advantage is also the sowing coulters, which are attached to rubber silentblocks, which ensures a pressure on the sowing coulter up to 120 kg/coulter.

Dosing system
Central dosing is the heart of the whole system. It enables maximally precise metering of sowing in
the range 1 – 380kg per hectare. Pneumatic seed drills can be used not only for sowing cereals (wheat, barley, oat, rye), but also for sowing legumes and oil-bearing plants (pea, bean, vetch, maize, soya, rapeseed, clover etc.), and also for sowing grass seed with dimensions of grain from 1 mm to 10 mm. Good access to the dosing unit ensures easy setup and calibration. The operator will also appreciate the easy adjustment of macro and micro sowing. Seed drill Fantom is by the 3 – 4 – 4,5 and 5 meters version equipped with one dosing unit. By the 6 meters version is the seed drill equipped with 2 dosing units.

Drillmat III
In standard equipment is the drive of dosing unit solved by drive of stepping wheel. In this case, the customer can use the simple electronic and control device Drillmat III, which offer : signaling of seed level, electronic hectare counter, ventilator speed signaling, dosing unit control, 2×2 el. magnetic shut off valves Accord for tramlining.
RDS ARTEMIS LITE
The seed drill can be equipped with the electronic drive of dosing unit ARTEMIS LITE. This electronic and control device offers drive of one dosing unit using electric motor. Simple and accurate calibration is performed using the calibration button, another big advantage is to increase or decrease the seed rate while driving. In addition to these advantages it offers electronic equipment: signaling of seed level, electronic hectare counter, ventilator speed signaling, dosing unit control, 2×2 el. magnetic shut off valves Accord for tramlining.
RDS iSOCAN Artemis
The seed drill Fantom can be equipped with the electronic drive of dosing unit RDS ARTEMIS. This electronic and control device offers connection for up to 4 motors. Simple and accurate calibration is performed using the calibration button, another big advantage is to increase or decrease the seed rate while driving. ISOBUS compatibility is becoming a big phenomenon today, this device is not lagging behind and is ISOBUS compatible. In addition to the above advantages, RDS Artemis also offers features such as: signaling of seed level, electronic hectare counter, ventilator speed signaling, dosing unit control, 2×2 el. magnetic shut off valves Accord for tramlining, radar for speed sensing, ISOBUS compatible.
Hopper
As standard, the machine is equipped with hopper with capacity of 3400 liters for seed, which minimizes downtime. It is possible to extend to capacity by 1400 liters with additional fertilizer hopper.

- Applying fertilizer in front of first tillage discs

1. Drive of ventilator
In standard equipment is the seed drill to use with mechanical drive of ventilator, which is specific for low cost maintenance. In additional equipment is possible to equip the machine with hydraulic drive of ventilator, that improves user comfort and ventilator life.

3. Pneumatic roller
Wide tires evenly compact the soil and contribute to the seedbed consolidation. The design of pneumatic roller limits plugging, and that helps to increase throughput of the seed drill. Integrated lifting axle improves stability on public roads.
4. Sowing coulters
Disc coulters DD are newly designed type of coulters, that ensure precise seed placement at the bottom of seedbed. Rubber suspension creates the possibility of continuous pressure adjustment. Rubber press wheels helps to precisely maintain the seeding depth even at higher speeds. DD coulters are designed to precisely place the seed. Coulter pressure is 120 kg.
5. Pressure wheels
Pressing wheels helps to maintain proper seeding depth and ensures better emergency in light soils and in dry climate conditions. Seed placement stays constant even in higher seeding speeds.
