Powerful, efficient, flexible trailed seed drill designed under condition from farmers to increase field efficiency together with lowering power requirement. In standard equipment is the seed drill to use with hopper of capacity 4600 liters. Seed drills is available in 2 working widths 6 and 8 meters. Farmers will appreciate flexibility of this machine, which can be used in several variants:
- Hopper with capacity 4600 liters for seed, connected with hydraulically foldable coulter bar with DD coulters with working width 6 or 8 m.
- Hopper with capacity 4600 liters divided in two parts (2400 liters for seed, 2200 liters for fertilizer) connected with hydraulically foldable coulter bar with DD coulters with working width 6 m, equipped with fertilizer applicators.
- Hopper with capacity 4600 liters for fertilizer connected with 6 – 8 – 12 row precision planter.

Dosing system
Central dosing is the heart of the whole system. It enables maximally precise metering of sowing in
the range 1 – 380kg per hectare. Pneumatic seed drills can be used not only for sowing cereals (wheat, barley, oat, rye), but also for sowing legumes and oil-bearing plants (pea, bean, vetch, maize, soya, rapeseed, clover etc.), and also for sowing grass seed with dimensions of grain from 1 mm to 10 mm. Good access to the dosing unit ensures easy setup and calibration. The operator will also appreciate the easy adjustment of macro and micro sowing. Seed drill MV is equipped with 2 dosing unit Accord.
Electronic and control equipment
Drillmat III
In standard equipment is the drive of dosing unit solved by drive of stepping wheel. In this case, the customer can use the simple electronic and control device Drillmat III, which offer : signaling of seed level, electronic hectare counter, ventilator speed signaling, dosing unit control, 2×2 el. magnetic shut off valves Accord for tramlining.
RDS iSOCAN Artemis
The seed drill MV can be equipped with the electronic drive of dosing unit RDS ARTEMIS. This electronic and control device offers connection for up to 4 motors. Simple and accurate calibration is performed using the calibration button, another big advantage is to increase or decrease the seed rate while driving. ISOBUS compatibility is becoming a big phenomenon today, this device is not lagging behind and is ISOBUS compatible. In addition to the above advantages, RDS Artemis also offers features such as: signaling of seed level, electronic hectare counter, ventilator speed signaling, dosing unit control, 2×2 el. magnetic shut off valves Accord for tramlining, radar for speed sensing, ISOBUS compatible.
Hopper
The seed drill is designed for a large farms, therefore is equipped as standard with a 4600 liters hopper. Operator step ensures convenient access to the hopper, which makes it easier and more secure to fill and clean the machine. Large filling opening is equipped with a sieve to catch any types of dirt, and its dimensions offers high comfort during filling.
Front part of seed drill Optimus
The customer have a possibility to buy only front part of seed drill Optimus, which can the customer used for aggregation with a precision seed drill. The front part comprise from hopper 4600 liters, hopper 4,600 l with quick emptying, tires 700/50 – 22,5″, double-circuit pneumatic brakes, 2x dosing units 1-380 kg/ha (rustless modification) , special hopper surface preparation, mechanic drive of dosing unit from land wheel , free wheel of land wheel drive, hydraulic drive of ventilator and front service platform
1. Drive of ventilator
In standard equipment is the seed drill to use with hydraulic fan drive from tractro hydraulic, in additional equipment is possible to equip the machine with hydraulic drive of ventilator with PTO driven pump for 540 RPM
2. Drive of dosing unit
In standard equipment is the seed drill to use with mechanical drive of ventilator from stepping wheel. In additional equipment is possible to equip the maschine with electric drive of dosing unit.
