Efficiency, sustainability, and soil protection play a key role in the dynamically changing conditions of modern agriculture. STRIP-TILL tillage technology with Pneusej OPTI STRIP cultivator is a revolutionary solution combining the advantages of conventional tillage with the benefits of soil-conservation technologies such as direct seeding. The OPTI STRIP features a universal frame that allows adjustment for the desired row spacing to prepare strips for specific crops, designed to process soil in strips spaced 45–75 cm. Soil in strip is perfectly tilled, while preventing its side movement to ensure it remains inside the strip. The working depth ranges
from 10 to 30 cm.
Proper adjustment of separate working parts is crucial to ensure a perfectly formed berm, without any depressions. Strip tillage is most often performed in the autumn as preparation for spring crops. This Technology can also be used as spring strip tillage, but this should be preferred only on light soils, where the tillage depth should not exceed 20 cm.

1. Each working unit is mounted with a parallelogram that ensures perfect terrain copying, maintaining set working depth and proper operation of individiual machine parts.
2. Depth disc wheels are used to maintain the set working depth.
3. The front cuting disc cuts through the toughest plant residues, ensuring excellent machine throughput.
4. Row cleaners with very simple adjustment effectively move large amounts of plant residues out of the strip zone.
5. The OPTI tine, with its aggressive design, works at a depth of 10–30 cm, creating optimal conditions for crop planting, with fertilizer application directly into the root zone. Descriptions of individual chisels:

6. Side limit discs are used for proper strip berm formation—they keep tilled soil in the strip zone and create an optimal
seedbed. The discs are easily adjustable using pins, allowing changes to their angle and position relative to the tillage tine.
7. The rear roller consolidates the loosened soil with the possibility to adjust pressure. Various roller types are available: CHAIN ROLLER – universal roller for autumn soil processing,
FINGER-CRUSH ROLLER – universal roller for various conditions with excellent reconsolidation, suitable dor spring tillage,
V-DOUBLE FINGER ROLLER – double finger roller excellently prepares the seedbed in spring tillage.
8. Non-stop hydraulic protection allows the machine to work smoothly and effectively even when the tine hits an obstacle in
the soil, without the need to stop the machine.
Precise Fertilizer Application with OPTI STRIP
Fertilizer application with the OPTI STRIP machine ensures precise placement of fertilizers directly into the root zone,
significantly increasing nutrient uptake efficiency while minimizing losses through leaching and volatilization. Thanks to precise fertilizer application and higher nutrient uptake, betier yield results can be expected even with lower fertilizer costs.

The front-mounted Pneusej FT1 Fert and FT2 Fert tanks are ideal solutions for the OPTI STRIP to equip the machine with the application of granular fertilizers. The front tanks are excellent for optimal weight balance thanks to their mounting on the front three-point hitch. The FT1 Fert and FT2 Fert models are equipped with the precise and popular pneumatic dosing system accord in a stainless steel design (dosing unit optimized for aggressive fertilizers, special surface treatment of the hopper and individual parts of the machine).
